The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials featuring a French Press coffee maker and local coffee grounds from Joshua Tree Coffee Company. My friends and I stayed at Jon & Joanne’s Airbnb 2 years ago and we loved it so much we decided to book again! Other than the pool, our favorite spot to hang out was the rooftop deck! We stayed up there all night star gazing and just catching up on life. This is definitely a great place to reconnect with loved ones, reset, and relax!

We had a wonderful time staying at this modern shipping container home. The design was sleek and stylish, with thoughtful updates that made the space feel both unique and comfortable. The views from the upper level were absolutely stunning—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or watching the sunset. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It was a peaceful and relaxing retreat, and we’re so glad we chose this spot for our time in Joshua Tree. Would definitely stay here again!

WOW!! What a once in a lifetime experience. This container home is REMARKABLE! It is pristine in a fantastic location surrounded by acres of privacy! The pool is ice cold during the heat of day and the hottub is blazing in the cold desert nights. You are sooo close to the Jtree Park and hotspots that it feels like your back yard. My solo stay at Jon and Joanne’s could be summed up in three words: cozy, peaceful, and relaxing. The house is located on a spacious plot of land about 15-minutes drive from downtown Yucca which, in my opinion is PERFECT for being able to see the night sky without light pollution and enjoying the silent nights free of traffic noises. Jon & Joanne has managed to create a space that brings the open expansive feelings of the desert to the yard and a cozy modern minimalist vibe within the living-space. The space has everything two to three people would need to be comfortable without having “to much” amenities that could take someone away from enjoying the surroundings. The interior space is cozy and that’s fine because the deck space, rooftop, and yard are massive and allowed me to enjoy the desert from different angles and times of the day. Jon & Joanne were proactive at making sure my stay went well. The entire trip from booking the stay to check-out was effortless.

Beautiful place! I loved how easy it was to find and how private it felt. Whether it's day or night, the pool and jacuzzi are perfect. I really liked how clean the place was and how homey it felt. Rooftop views are breathtaking! It's a place where you can feel relaxed and, above all, safe. Looking forward to returning soon!

Our stay was great! My husband worked and the wi-fi was stable. I did some running on some dirt roads and loved it! I could always find my way home! We heard coyotes at night which was super cool and the stargazing was amazing. Our hosts were super responsive and I can guarantee we will be back!

We had a great time celebrating our anniversary with our children here. We enjoyed the hot tub and seeing stars at night. We tried the pool but it was not pool weather lol!! The home is comfortable and welcoming, it was a perfect space for our family to enjoy a quick weekend getaway. Beds were very comfortable and the kids enjoyed the heater in the room after a long day out. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your space.

Private location. Top deck perfect for star gazing. Great vibe being able to relax in the hot tub and star gaze. Extremely clean and neat. Jon and Joanne were responsive and easy to talk with. Already recommended to a few friends.
