A gem of a home, in a gem of a location. It was such a lovely spot to wake up, spend a slow morning and come back to for dinner and a soak after a day at the nearby lake. We would be happy to come back and bring a couple friends; highly recommend.

My friends and I stayed at Jon & Joanne’s Airbnb 2 years ago and we loved it so much we decided to book again! Other than the pool, our favorite spot to hang out was the rooftop deck! We stayed up there all night star gazing and just catching up on life. This is definitely a great place to reconnect with loved ones, reset, and relax!

The home was exactly as expected! Everything was very clean & in good working condition. The hosts were very kind & quick to respond to my questions. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful cabin in the Nevada City area. The views were breathtaking and nothing beats being out in nature. Would love to stay here again in the winter months to enjoy snow filled mountains. Hosts were wonderful and the home was beautiful!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the glass house in the woods. Cozy, private, comfortable, easy check-in and out. Jon and Joanne were very responsive with answering questions and communications. Would definitely rent again.

This cabin is the perfect place for a weekend getaway. Our family had the best time relaxing at the cabin, soaking in the scenery, exploring Nevada City and Paddle boarding at Scott’s Flat Reservoir. The surrounding scenery is gorgeous, which is great to look at through the expansive windows and cute jacuzzi. The hosts were also quick to respond with any questions and the house was spotless. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Cabin was awesome. Cozy and comfortable. Modern upgrades and well stocked to enjoy an escape to natural, everything you need. Hot tub under the stars accentuated the experience. Walls of windows allowed full experience. Nestled in the redwoods. Highly recommend a stay.

Stayed here to celebrate my 29th birthday and I was very content with the airbnb. The home was clean and comfortable! Some highlights were the rooftop deck, hot tub, and outdoor furniture. The pool was really nice but I did not get to use it due to it being windy during my stay. I did have to contact Jon and Joanne like twice during my stay but they were always super nice and quick to respond. I think the only thing that would have improved my experience is if the hot tub warmed up sooner! When we arrived the hot tub was getting filled with water and it took quite awhile for it to warm up to the desired temperature. My recommendation for future guests is if the hot tub is not hot then definitely set your desired temperature, leave the cover on, and wait a couple of hours for it to warm up. Such a peaceful weekend away in the lovely and private casita! Jon and Joanne were very responsive and helpful with check in and local recommendations. Enjoyed the cleanliness and simple design of their space.
